The villa is furnished in a way that respects its classic and rustic character, while meeting the needs of modern travelers and ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The ground floor is bright and airy and offers a large dining room opening onto the garden; there is also a fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
It is equipped with two kitchens and, also on the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a charming shower cabin.
The first floor hosts four bedrooms: three doubles and one twin. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
All rooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.
Access to the villa is secured by two gates and the entire property is fenced. Maximum number of pets: 1.
Additional costs will be applied on site based on the use of breakfast.

IL FIENILE:
Il Fienile has an area of approximately 80 sqm and can accommodate up to three people.
It features a double bedroom on a spacious mezzanine, accessible via a comfortable transparent glass staircase.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small living room with a sofa bed suitable for a third guest (upon prior request).
Breakfast is not served, but a basket with essentials for preparing the first meal of the day is provided.

Completing the offer: air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, porch with table and chairs.
Wonderful views over hills covered with vineyards and woods.
